The Digital Yacht iKonvert NMEA 2000/0183 Gateway Converter is a small but powerful bi-directional converter that allows new NMEA 2000 equipment to communicate with legacy NMEA 0183 devices. It is powered from the NMEA 2000 network and features an opto-isolated NMEA 0183 interface. It can convert AIS, GPS, navigation, instrument, and XDR data and features "Real Life" data modes for most common installations.

The iKonvert Gateway Converter is designed to satisfy as many real-life situations as possible. It allows you to connect together a number of different makes and models of equipment. It has a simple but effective mode selection method via a set of DIP switches inside the iKonvert box. The iKonvert Gateway Converter is compact and easy to mount. It features an integral NMEA 0183 cable and standard NMEA 2000 Micro drop cable (male) and takes its power from the NMEA 2000 network. It also provides full galvanic isolation between the NMEA 0183 and NMEA 2000 networks.
