Maretron's third generation Black Box (MBB300C) is a ruggedized and dedicated processing unit designed specifically for marine use. It features Maretron's N2KViewr vessel monitoring and control software, providing a stable and reliable solution for monitoring and controlling your vessel.

The MBB300C is built to withstand the harsh marine environment, with a solid state disk drive that can endure the pounding associated with waves. Its fanless cooling system ensures quiet operation and eliminates the risk of overheating and failure. With a power supply range of 9-36 volts, the MBB300C is suitable for a wide range of marine applications.

Connectivity options include dual CAN bus connectors for simple connection to single or redundant NMEA 2000r networks, four USB ports for touchscreen, keyboard, mouse, trackball, or thumb drive connections, and an Ethernet port for connecting IP cameras for video viewing within the N2KViewr software.

The MBB300C can be connected to a monitor through a VGA or HDMI connector, while the associated touch screen connects through a USB or serial port. It also offers alternative control options such as keyboards, mice, or trackballs connected through USB.

With Maretron's N2KViewr software, you have the flexibility to configure multiple screens with the specific information you want to see. The software allows you to monitor and control various systems and parameters including air conditioning (HVAC), anchor watch, AC power, battery, depth, engine, environment, fuel management, GPS, heading, ice makers, navigation, rudder, speed, tanks, time, transmission, video, watermakers, weather, and wind.
