Ocean Signal rescueME PLB1

The Ocean Signal rescueME PLB1 is a compact and reliable Personal Locator Beacon designed to provide reassurance and alert global emergency services with the press of a button. It is 30% smaller in volume, easily fitting into a lifejacket, and features a retractable antenna and a 7-year battery life. The PLB1 operates on the global Cospas Sarsat rescue system and comes with a 7-year warranty.

When activated, the rescueME PLB1 transmits your position and ID to a Rescue Coordination Center via a satellite link, allowing rescue services to be promptly notified of your emergency and your current location to assist in a prompt rescue.

The PLB1 is waterproof to 15m and comes with a free flotation pouch to enable it to float. It also features a high brightness strobe light, a 66 channel GPS receiver, and a unique mounting clip. The rescueME PLB1 is free to use with no subscription charges.
