Ray90 VHF Radio

The Ray90 VHF Radio is a fixed mount modular radio that brings multi-station communications to a whole new level. With its black-box design, the transceiver can be hidden out of sight while the ergonomic RayMic handset and remote speaker provide full control of the radio with crystal clear audio.

The Ray90 VHF Radio is equipped with a powerful 25-watt transmitter and commercial-grade electronics for long life and superior performance. It features channel scanning, dual-watch, tri-watch, and weather alert as standard functions. The radio also includes Class D Digital Selective Calling (DSC) and integrated GPS for advanced safety and calling features. Simply input your vessel's MMSI number during setup and you're ready to go. For GPS operation, the optional GA150 passive GPS antenna is required.

Position Tracking

Use Ray90's position tracking feature to keep tabs on up to 5 nearby DSC-equipped vessels. Their positions are automatically shared with your Raymarine MFD (Multi-Function Display). This allows you to keep an eye on other boats in your cruising party, monitor vessels of interest, or manage your local fleet. In Europe, the Ray90 supports the ATIS system on navigable inland waterways.

Loudhailer

The Ray90's built-in loudhailer allows you to make your presence heard on-deck and across the harbor. You can connect an optional hailing horn and utilize 30-watts of audio output for clear communication, plus 2-way talkback. When visibility is reduced, the loudhailer can be set to automatically sound required fog signals for power and sailing vessels underway and at anchor.

Waterproof & Ruggedized

The transceiver unit of the Ray90 is cast in solid aluminum, providing shock and vibration resistance as well as maximum heat dissipation. The RayMic handsets feature super-bright backlighting for easy viewing in all conditions, and the oversized keys ensure a sure grip with easy access to commonly used functions.

Expand Your System

The Ray90 system comes with 1 RayMic wired handset and a passive speaker kit. However, you can expand your system by adding an additional RayMic handset and remote speaker. For noisy environments, there is also an optional active remote speaker available. Whether you have a small or large vessel, the Ray90 provides all the power and performance you need for essential communications on the water.
