The Standard Horizon HX210 6W Floating VHF Transceiver is a compact and ergonomic handheld marine radio designed with a 6W power output and a floating feature. Its compact case design is made possible by the internal 1850 mAh Lithium Ion battery, making it lightweight enough to float face up if dropped in water.

In the event of an emergency, the radio is equipped with a water-activated strobe light that automatically activates, even when the unit is turned off. The strobe light can be configured to flash on and off, flash SOS, or stay on continuously.

The HX210 features an oversized full dot matrix display, offering one of the largest displays in a compact and affordable handheld VHF radio. With a larger display, greater dot matrix resolution, and a super bright backlight, you can easily read the information displayed on the radio's face, day or night.

Operating the HX210 is made simple with the E20 Easy to Operate Menu System. This intuitive menu system allows easy access to all setup functions, enabling users to customize settings according to their preferences.

Not only does the HX210 function as a VHF transceiver, but it also has a built-in FM broadcast band receiver. You can tune in to your favorite FM radio station with the radio, as it receives FM broadcast bands between 76 MHz to 108 MHz.

The HX210 is backed by a 3-year Waterproof Warranty from Standard Horizon. If the radio fails for any reason, including water damage during normal use within the first three years, Standard Horizon will repair or replace it free of charge. Additionally, the radio is covered by Standard Horizon's Flat Rate Service Program after the initial warranty period.
