Ensure your sonar system powers up by checking the fuse holder and fuse. The Vexilar V-100 battery comes with a 3 amp automotive fuse as standard, but you can replace it with a fuse ranging from 3 to 10 amps. If your sonar system fails to power up, inspect the fuse holder and fuse for any loose connections or signs of damage. If the wire inside the fuse is burnt, it must be replaced to restore functionality.

Although the Vexilar sonar system can operate without the fuse holder by directly connecting to the battery, it is strongly recommended to use the fuse holder whenever possible to ensure safety.
